MIGRATION REGISTERS- These were documents issued
by the settler`s country to document their migration.
They contain such information as: physical
description of the owner, age, religion, place of
birth and through what towns they traveled ;
(e.g. their range in Lodz - 1813-1873)
CONSTANT CITIZENS REGISTERS- contain many precise
information, such as: parents names, place and date
of birth, social status, religion, last address;

however much or little you know about your family in
Poland. It may be that you have notes in a family
bible, perhaps you have family hearsay or you may
have information passed to you from your
grandparents. It doesn't matter what you might be
missing. We can, if necessary, work with as little as
a surename and a place.
In case your Family
belonged to the Nobility it is possible to carry out
searches with the surname only relying on the
literature sources. In this case however only general
information on the family can sometimes be found.
The best start of a
successful research is to provide us with a surneme,
date and place of a family event, e.g.
birth, marriage, death. The more such information the
greater the chances of positive search result.
We keep continuous contact
with you via e-mail while doing the reseach,
and expand on information you care for most.
Once we start the
searches you can expect an interim report after
approximately two weeks and a full
report after approximately four.
The report contains genealogical
information - mainly dates of births,
marriages and deaths of the found Family members.
Sometimes it is possible to reveal other information,
like the occupation, information about the residence,
immigration, coats of arms and other. Additionally in
case of the searches directly in parishes, you are
provided with digital documentation
of the neighbourhood and all the records free of
charge.
We aim to reply to all
enquiries with an initial survey and quotation within
next 5 days and as a maximum within 10 days of
receipt.
If we find relevant sources of information we then
contact you to supplement your files with the new
findings and to authorise the research.
The charges are calculated individually and depend
mainly on the record accessibility, work hours of the
archives and other factors.

The payment is ussually made by bank transfer or
cheque.
